(Tampa) Baywatch

The Lightning fell to the Penguins again last night (March 20th) by a score of four to two .

Jeff Halpern had a grand total of thirteen seconds of ice time and left the game very early from an injury .
Jussi Jokinen had one shot and earned two points with the primary assist on the game’s second goal and the secondary assist on the Bolts’ final goal of the game . He also had almost twenty-three minutes of ice time .
Mike Smith started in net but his rest from having a day off seemed to be bad luck for him . He faced twenty-three shots and allowed four goals .

It seems that the Bolts do not like Mellon Arena either .

One Response to “(Tampa) Baywatch”

  1. SMITTY ALERT!!! Apparently, Smitty hurt his knee in practice yesterday when St Louis fell on him doing a shootout drill. (http://www.tboblogs.com/index.php/sports/related/C189/) He’s not playing tonight (Tuesday) and they have called up a couple of back-ups, so sounds like could be longer term? Halpie is better from his muscle strain and should be back in the line-up tonight. Hope you’re feeling better soon!
